Tyrus D. Hudson Sr. has established himself as an entrepreneur, speaker, and community servant. He is the Founder and President of Dynamic Perspective Solutions, LLC, a consulting and mediation company operating in Illinois and Ohio. Dynamic Perspective Solutions™ provides its clients with uniquely tailored Perspective Enhancement™ solutions that are specifically designed to adequately prepare individuals, groups, and organizations, to make informed decisions required to achieve their personal and/or professional objectives.

Prior to founding Dynamic Perspective Solutions™, Mr. Hudson obtained federal and corporate leadership experience while serving in the U.S. and abroad during his tenure with the United States Army as a Non-Commissioned Officer; as a civilian federal employee with the Department of Defense; Department of Veterans Affairs, Health Administration; and in the private sector holding diverse positions in small organizations ranging up to large Fortune 500 Companies. 

Mr. Hudson’s expansive array of professional experience covers fields within a variety of disciplines such as legal, entertainment, human resources, financial services, manufacturing, marketing, food service, packaging, printing, health care and technology.

In his free time, Mr. Hudson loans his business acumen and leadership expertise to an assortment of organizations within his local community in several capacities because he firmly believes that "for those to whom much is given, much is required."
